Upon submission, ASPs are responsible to ensure they have received a feedback file, i.e. official submission confirmation dispatched by the TRS in the Outgoing directory.
Form is regarded as successfully submitted to CYP SEC only when NO ERROR indication feedback file is received; feedback file dispatched only during CYP SEC regular hours.
QST form must be completed in English, report data in euro rounded to nearest unit.
Effectiveness
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CYP SEC Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Jan. 31, 2025; failure to promptly comply will bear administrative penalties; CYP SEC will not send reminders to ASPs which fail to comply promptly.
Mar. 2025 Form QST-ASP Version 9
On Mar. 26, 2025, CYP SEC issued circular E692 containing form QST-ASP version 9.
Form to be completed/submitted to CYP SEC by all ASPs authorized by Mar. 31, 2025.
Includes IASPs authorized by Mar. 31, 2025, but have not made use of authorization.
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via TRS by May 2, 2025 at latest.
Queries on the completion of Form QST-ASP must be submitted before Apr. 25, 2025.
Jun. 2025 Updated Form QST-ASP Version 9
On Jun. 26, 2025, CYP SEC issued circular C717 announcing latest version of Form QST-ASP, Version 9, must be completed and submitted to CYP SEC by ASPs.
Must be submitted by all CYP SEC-authorized ASPs; ASPs that were authorized by Jun. 30, 2025, but have not made use of their authorization, must also submit the Form.

Sep. 2025 Form QST-ASP Version 10
On Sep. 30, 2025, CYP SEC issued Circular No C732 re the latest version 10 of the Form QST-ASP, to be completed and submitted to CYP SEC by all ASPs that were authorized by CYP SEC by Sep. 30, 2025, even if they haven't used the authorization.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CYP SEC's Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, the latest; no extension is possible.
Dec. 2025 Form
On Dec. 19, 2025, CYP SEC issued circular C744 on latest version of form QST-ASP.
Must be completed and submitted by all SYP SEC authorised ASPs by Dec. 31, 2025.
Jul. 2026 Form QST-ASP Version 13
On Jul. 1, 2026, CYP SEC issued Circular C788 regarding the latest version of Form QST-ASP, Version 13, found in the Appendix; which must be completed and submitted to CYP SEC by all ASPs that were authorised by SEC by Jun. 30, 2026.
ASPs authorized by Jun. 30, 2026, not made use of authorization, must also submit Form.

Form regarded as being successfully submitted, only when no error indication received.
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via TRS by Jul. 31, 2026 the latest.
Extension to the above deadline, i.e. Friday, Jul. 31, 2026, will not be granted.
Failure to promptly and duly comply with the above may bear administrative penalties.
Section G, Customers subject to International Sanctions (new Section) has been added to the Form QST-ASP; it is identical to Section M of the Form RBSF-ASP.
