Highlights of Guidelines
All PHI CB-supervised institutions (BSIs) shall register the e-mail accounts that they will use to send and receive official communications, notices, and other documents in connection with CAPO's conduct of inquiry under circular 1214 (see #241227).
Specifies procedures for the registration of e-mail accounts and how to replace them.
All electronic transmissions from unregistered e-mail accounts will be rejected.
For submission of report on temporary holding of disputed funds, BSIs shall use their e-mail accounts that are registered with the Department of Supervisory Analytics.
PHI CB shall issue a separate memorandum on the reporting templates to be used.
Effectiveness
BSIs shall register their email accounts on or before Jul. 25, 2025.
