Codify duty on part of party to supervise the conduct of its individual representatives.
Improve the procedural framework for disciplinary matters; establish procedures where contracting party requests opportunity to be heard or, where available, appeal.
Establish minimum expectations for panel members, including fitness requirements.

To implement on May 30, 2025, or on such later date as ICE NGX may designate.
