  • Amend various rate rules that impact premiums for title insurance endorsements across multiple products including personal liability, access, mortgage and down date.
  • Aforementioned rate rule changes also impact related forms that discuss premiums.
  • Amend Procedural Rule P-57 allowing more legal entities used in estate planning to be additional insured on Form T-26; gives 90 days after title conveyed to add the entities.
