BEL GVT published Decree of Nov. 21, 2024, of the Brussels-Capital Region Government implementing art 146 to 151 of the Brussels Code on equality, non-discrimination and the promotion of diversity.
Purpose
Specification of the tasks assigned to diversity consultants for local authorities.
Description of the content of the public diversity plan, approval procedure for the plan.
The diversity action plans in force before the entry into force of the Code, for a period of two years from their approval, are deemed as approved for this Decree's purposes.
Effectiveness
The Decree will enter into force six months after its publication, on Jun. 1, 2025.
