On Oct. 12, 2026, NOR OSLO reported that it has confirmed rule amendments from Nov. 2, 2026, following previous consultation process started on Jun. 5, 2026.
Changes consolidate requirements applicable to documents across MTFs operated by Euronext and introduce rules on some requirements as amended by the EU Listing Act.
New requirements are based on selection of content in EU Growth issuance prospectus, supplemented by technical requirements under Annexes 1 and 11 of EU Reg 2019/980.
The consultation closed Jul. 31, 2026, with no Norwegian stakeholder comments made.
However, as stated in the consultation paper, the implementation of the new content requirements, required separate procedural steps in each of the locations covered.
Comments received in the course of these other processes for Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo and Paris necessitated some minor adjustments to the notice as proposed.
These are not substantive and do not materially alter content of the version previously published for consultation, with adjustments reflected in the attached mark-up version.
Introduction of new content necessitates certain minor amendments to section 2.3 of Growth Rule Book II and to Notice 2.2, both of which currently refer to Notice 2.3.
These amendments have been adopted by NOR OSLO, effective from Nov. 2, 2026.
Release includes versions of new documents in clean and mark-up versions for clarity.
