RUS PRL proposed bill 825952-8 on amendments to article 7-4 of law on AML/CFT in terms of additional measures to counteract sabotage activities.
Proposals
The bill expands powers of the coordinating body for CFT, giving it the right to make decisions on freezing funds and property of persons involved in sabotage activities.
Furthermore, it was noted that this measure will allow for a more rapid response to threats as well as the prevention of crimes aimed at undermining state security.
