Requires municipality or local governing authority that has established rates for ground ambulance services in its geographic service area to submit rates to LOU INS.
Rates to be certified by authority / ambulance service provider; notify of any changes.
LOU INS shall maintain database of rates on website, insurers can rely on those rates.
