Add to section on maximum allowable cost lists for pharmacy services that pharmacy, pharmacist, business providing pharmacy services may pursue private right of action.
Remedies include compensatory damages, actual financial losses, punitive damages.
If pursuing a violation of this section, may recover attorney's fees and all costs incurred in pursuing action; may recover statutory damages of $10,000 per violation.
