Former CEO Brett Charlton and former CFO Brett Coventry were each charged with one count of providing false or misleading information to ASIC under section 1308(2).
Former company secretary, legal advisor Anand Sundaraj faced multiple charges, including 2 counts of providing false or misleading information to shareholders and the ASX, one count of making a false or misleading statement to AST ASIC.
One count of aiding and abetting the offences committed by Charlton and Coventry.
Allegation
The charges stem from alleged misconduct between Jul. 20, 2018 and Feb. 14, 2019.
