Draft sets out merger notification thresholds announced on Oct. 10, 2024, #229317.
Determines circumstances where acquisitions require notification; exceptions to the general circumstances; classes of acquisitions requiring notification; forms required.
AST GVT is also seeking feedback on topics such as contract date, connected entity, creeping or serial acquisitions, exemptions for certain acquisitions of shares or assets.
Consultation Period
Responses to this consultation may be submitted up until May 2, 2025.
Public consult will support commencement of voluntary notification from Jul. 1, 2025.
