According to previously prepared on call schedule, awaiting a call to provide service.
Must be exclusively used to preserve operation and security of critical infrastructures.
Units responsible must set necessary on-call groups and number of people available.
Monetary compensation for hours accumulated under on call regime is not prohibited.
Inclusion in an on call regime does not constitute a right, according to service needs.
The Department of Human Resources, Education, Health and Organization (Depes) is authorized to issue rules and adopt measures necessary to implement the provisions.
Effectiveness
Resolution 420 shall come into force on Nov. 1, 2024.
