IDNA LEG published final rules IDNA LEG 75-10 re enhanced access fees collected for electronic Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) related filings and orders, per HEA 1623.
Also published original notice of public hearing, 60-day requirement notice, notice of first comment period, regulatory analysis, and publisher's receipt for filed document.
Rulemaking
Secretary of State collects fees for enhanced public and commercial access to data.
Fees are not changed but are added for clarity and per the requirements of HEA 1623.
Effectiveness
Final rules are effective 30 days after filing with the publisher, i.e. Jul. 18, 2025.
