Proposals
The bill will establish the legal basis for the functioning of the state information system for the prevention, detection and suppression of agreements restricting competition.
The functionality of the anti-cartel system will allow analyzing data from the unified information system for procurement and the trading system to identify risks of violations of antimonopoly law in automatic mode using elements of machine learning.
