On Jun. 9, ARK INS extended the plan year 2026 reporting deadline.
ARK INS issued Bulletin 8-2025 to extend reporting deadline under Bulletin 18-2024.
Follows ARK INS Dec. 2024 issuance of bulletin to implement Rule 128, see #225411.
Noted that because reporting period closes the same day the report is due, ARK INS recognizes health plans and PBMs cannot compile and submit complete data by Jul. 1.
Deadline Extension
Insurance Commissioner extended the plan year 2026 deadline to Jul. 31, 2025.
If report is found to be deficient/incomplete, will allow 10 business days to resubmit.
