Clarify rules for claiming subsidies, remove restrictions on employment incentives.
Amendments
Replace term basic wage with minimum wage in accordance with Minimum wage act.
Require authorization forms for accessing insurance data; allow multiple employers to separately claim employment incentives for the same worker during the same period.
Clarify subsidies for employment incentives are based on full-time/part-time monthly wages, to align with similar policies for middle-aged, senior unemployed workers.
Provisions on leave for temporary job allowance recipients now explicitly refer to the Act of gender equality in employment to promote workplace equality.
Introduce a new provision disallowing late applications for subsidies or allowances.
