Order based on conviction of Ball for conspiring to smuggle from the US to Mexico, firearms and ammunition without the required license or written authorization.
Sentence: 27 months in prison, 2 years supervised release, $300 assessment, $50k criminal fine, revoked BIS-issued licenses in which Robles had interest at conviction.
Denial Order
Ball may not directly or indirectly participate in any way in transactions which involve commodities, software, or technology exported, or to be exported, from US.
He may not apply for, obtain, or use any license, license exception, or export control document; nor carry on negotiation, order, buy, receive etc., any such items to export
Effectiveness
Denial order for Nathan Ball is effective immediately, until Nov. 6, 2024.
