FCA issued Primary Market Bulletin 55 which includes guidance consultation GC25/1 on further proposed changes to the FCA's Knowledge Base for the listing regime.
Proposals follow implementation of new UK Listing Rules (UKLR) from Jul. 29, 2024.
PMB 55 also sets out final versions of material consulted on in PMB 53, see #237244.
Proposed Changes to Technical Notes
FCA proposes changes to the following technical notes and issues marked up versions.
Regarding periodic financial information: FCA/TN/506.2Periodic financial information and inside information; Primary Market/TN/501.7Structured digital reporting for annual financial statements prepared per International Financial Reporting Standards.
Changes to latter re issue of new European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) taxonomy.
Regulatory announcements re inside information: UKLA/TN/520.2Delaying disclosure/ dealing with leaks and rumors; UKLA/TN/521.3Assessing, handling inside information.
And concerning the disclosure of positions, UKLA/TN/542.2Issuer's obligations.
Effectiveness
The closing date for the submission of feedback on the proposals is May 15, 2025.
