Follows CHI CSRC Feb. 2019 revised rules on classification of futures firms, #48953.
Amendment Highlights
Clarify, optimize and improve the point deduction standards of the evaluation.
Specific circumstances related to the daily risk control of futures companies with objective and clear standards, points can be deducted without regulatory measures.
In addition, points should be deducted in principle according to regulatory measures.
The minimum compliance points for market competitiveness bonus points is deleted.
Optimize the bonus standards including improving the indicators of service to the real economy, and reshaping the market competitiveness bonus system.
Adjust the special evaluation, and the incentive evaluation for special circumstances.
