Amends WAS LEG 192-192-300 by adding new section on change of address notices.
Rule Provisions
Employers are required to keep their information up-to-date with employment security department under WAS LEG 50-50.12-50-12-070, rule clarifies notice requirements.
When business changes its address, must notify department in writing within 30 days.
The notification from the business must include its employment security department number, the previous address of the business, and the current address of the business.
Effectiveness
New rule on business change of address notices effective on Jul. 7, 2025.
