  • Authorizes per-mile amount for tax deduction for travel and transportation expenses.
  • In determining travel, transportation expenses deductible in computing net income,

  • Secretary shall set the per-mile amount as close to the amount of the per-mile deduction for vehicle miles most recently established by IRS as is fiscally responsible.
