Authorizes per-mile amount for tax deduction for travel and transportation expenses.
In determining travel, transportation expenses deductible in computing net income,
amount of per-mile deduction for vehicle miles shall be determined by proclamation.
The amount of the per-mile deduction allowed shall not exceed one dollar per mile.
Secretary shall set the per-mile amount as close to the amount of the per-mile deduction for vehicle miles most recently established by IRS as is fiscally responsible.
Shall issue proclamation no later than 30 days after the tax deduction is changed.
