On Oct. 31, SWE FI provided an update on MREL/TLAC reporting.
SWE FI issued details on EBA updated information on the DPM package: version 3.5.
This news replaces the information published by SWE FI on Aug. 7, 2024.
Follows EBA Jul. 2024 issued technical package for 3.5 framework, see #218821.

EBA Update
Changes in MREL/TLAC reporting have been postponed from version 3.4 and must be reported by reference date Dec. 31, 2024 and are included in version 3.5.
MREL/TLAC will continue to be reported in version 3.2.1 both as of reference date Jun. 30, 2024 and Sep. 30, 2024, therefore, v3.4 will not be used for MREL/TLAC reporting.
Benchmarking of methods for diversification is new reporting as of Dec. 31, 2024.
Reporting of Internal Group Transactions and Risk Concentrations for Financial Conglomerates will be done according to the same EIOPA reporting module version (afi_v2.8) used in the reporting as of the reference date Dec. 31, 2024.
SWE FI's reporting portal updated with this reporting requirement as of Dec. 31, 2024.
Dec. 2024 New Package
On Dec. 20, 2024, SWE FI announced EBA issued reporting technical package v4.0.
Publication has elements needed for reporting of information registers per DORA reg.
Reporting technology package includes data point model, taxonomy, validation rules.
I.e. elements set out in ITS for information registers, adopted, published by EC in Dec.
EBA dedicated page on preparing for DORA application has additional useful resources, tools and templates for reporting of information registers (link provided in release).

Apr. 2025 Version 4.0 Reporting
On Apr. 11, 2025, SWE FI clarified reporting dates in line with v.4.0 of EBA framework.
Reporting, based on CRR3/CRD6, of COREP OF, COREP LR and IF Class 2, will be possible in the test and production environment from Apr. 30, 2025.
Deadline for reporting, as of Mar. 31, 2025 ref date postponed from May 12 to Jun. 30.
