Real Estate Licensing
Real estate broker may divide/share commission with licensed broker in another State if out-of-State broker does not negotiate on behalf of referred client or prospect in ND.
Removes the obligation for an applicant for a broker's license to have satisfactorily fulfilled the educational requirement before taking the broker's licensing examination.
Bill also removed the definition for residential real property from ND LEG 43-23-24.
