DTCC DR published notice of updated operating procedures relating to DTCC Derivatives Repository PLC (DDRL) and DTCC Data Repository (Ireland) PLC (DDRIE).
Updated Operating Procedures
Changes provide more details regarding termination process and situations in which DDRL or DDRIE may suspend or terminate a user, update the confidentiality provisions
Also clarifies the position when a user goes through a recovery or resolution process.
As part of these change, DTCC DR have adjusted the user’s termination notice period to ensure that both parties have sufficient time complete the termination process.
Updated the notice details and addressed formatting issues and typographical errors.
Effectiveness
Updated DDRL and DDRIE operating procedures come into effect on May 1, 2025.
