On Apr. 15, SK GVT proposed revisions re local property tax rules.
SK GVT proposed revisions to the Enforcement decree of the local tax act, to classify land used for industrial purposes within corporate cities located in depopulated areas as subject to separate taxation for property tax purposes from 2025 until 2029.
In addition, the revisions are designed to clarify the scope of property tax exemptions.
