Those documents shall be published in a newspaper in the city/province where the principal office is located, within 20 working days from the date of this circular letter.
Copies of such statements, as published, together with the publisher’s certificate, shall also be scanned and submitted in PDF format to PHI CB within 5 days post-publication.
PHI CB required FIs to post balance sheets, including all non-bank financial institutions with quasi-banking (NBQB) functions, trust entities and trust corporations (TCs).
