HUN CB issued Decree No. 59/2024 (XII. 3) on obligation to provide certain data to its information system on deposit transactions, loans, credit lines, repo transaction funds.
Follows HUN CB Dec. 2024, issued data submission obligation decree, see #235965.
Summary
Regulation covers credit institutions and Hungarian branches established in other EU member states or EEA state; provide HUN CB with monthly data reporting on deposits collected (for credit institutions, loans, credit lines received, repo transaction funds).
Deadline for data provision is 11th working day of month following the relevant period.
HUN CB will publish technical aids for data reporting on the date of entry into force.
Data to be submitted to HUN CB electronic system for reception of authenticated data.
