Announcement Overview
On Oct. 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., POL FSA will provide insurance companies with collective information on current entries in the register of agents covered by the firm.
These records will be those up to date to Sep. 30, 2026, providing recent information.
Access requires authentication of authorized person by insurance company, using an electronic identification means in electronic identification system, on national node.
Effectiveness
Files will be accessible Oct. 7 to Oct. 20, 2026 to allow insurers to check these records.
