EUREX Clear confirmed that all clearing members are requested to submit the new Readiness Statements by Friday, Oct. 30, 2026 at the latest, ahead of the go live date.

For the submission, the dedicated Clearing PIN is required, and the PIN is available via the Member Section, and accessible to Central Coordinators and their Deputies only.
EUREX Clear asked members to participate in simulation environment and connection test to ensure a smooth transition, as this is crucial for the successful implementation.
Also, to review and to update their contact details within the Member Section > My Company Contacts, to ensure accuracy and avoid outdated or incorrect information.
EUREX Clear published new Circular 036/26 entitled Introduction of C7 Release 13.0.
Circular Summary
EUREX Clear announced the production launch of C7 Release 13.0, scheduled for Nov. 9, 2026, with the simulation environment being made available from Aug. 31, 2026.
System documentation, circulars, timeline, and reference information will be available.
Clearing Participants are required to adjust systems, with Clearing Members and all vendors impacted by the changes to C7 GUI, FIXML interfaces and reporting formats.
Functional changes include Prior UTI for External Position Transfer, and FIXML Position Maintenance Report enhancements, Decommissioning Classic Average Pricing – Part 1.
Also on Fee Identification Code changes, on Advanced Risk Protection changes, and for Product and Capacity assignment/de-assignment, with Higher cash deposit limits for JPY, as well as Improved horizontal scaling, Report changes including updated fields.
Updated documentation for C7 Release 13.0 is available or will be made available on EUREX Clear website under: C7 Releases > C7 Release 13.0 > System Documentation.
Effectiveness
C7 Release 13.0 launch is scheduled for Nov. 9, 2026, simulation from Aug. 31, 2026.
The update sets out corrections and clarifications related to previously published EUREX Clear XML Reports documentation and to ensure document set consistency.
EUREX Clear's updates include correcting descriptions of valid values 287 and 288 for field trnTyp7, which is relevant for ECC clearing, and an enhanced description.
This enhancement refers to field feeVol used in report CB350, monthly see statement.
Also, EUREX Clear has corrected the list of impacted reports re field clntSegMod.
No additional functional/structural changes have been introduced by EUREX Clear, and this does not affect the reporting functionality delivered with C7 Release 13.0.
In addition, EUREX Clear published the report reference manual (RRM), modification notes, and XSD Package (ZIP) under its XML reports section as set out in the update.
Aug. 2026 Release 13.0 Simulation Date
On Aug. 25, 2026, EUREX Clear reported start of simulation phase of C7 Release 13.0.
The functional scope of C7 Release 13.0 is reflected in the simulation environment.
This includes, among other things, prior UTI for External Position Transfers, FIXML Position Maintenance Report, enhancements and Product and Capacity Assignment.
A Focus Day on Product and Capacity (De-)Assignment has been scheduled by EUREX Clear for Sep. 23, 2026 to assist participants to understand the enhancements.
As part of the simulation setup, horizontal scalability will be configured for participants.
EUREX Clear sets out that before the implementation of C7 Release 13.0, participants must complete scalability testing within the simulation environment.
The simulation phase begins Aug. 31, 2026, and all relevant Member documentation valid for simulation such as Release Notes will be available from that date.
Sep. 2, 2026 C7 Release 13.0 Focus Call
On Sep. 2, 2026, EUREX Clear invited registration to a focus call on C7 Release 13.0, to explain release scope items and timeline to help participants prepare for go-live.
Aimed at clearing members and back-office vendors, a presentation deck and the participation link will be shared on the day, and the call will include a Q&A session.
The call will take place on Sep. 15, from 14:00-14:30 CEST.
