On Oct. 15, HUD proposed revision to collection re performance report
HUD proposed revisions to Community development block grant (CBDG) entitlement program collection; identifies burden associated with information grantees report.
Proposed Revisions
Among reports grantees now submit in IDIS is PR 29, Cash on hand quarterly report.
Report is conversion of SF-425; federal financial report, grantees submitted, but with addition of data related to local account repayment receipt funds, revolving loan funds.
As new form, included in collection for first time, also being presented for OMB review.
Grantees required to prepare, submit Consolidated annual performance and evaluation reports, demonstrate progress grantees make in carrying out CDBG-assisted activities.
