CYP SEC issued version 8 of Form QST-ASP, must be completed, submitted to CYP SEC by all CYP SEC-authorized administrative services providers (ASPs) by Dec. 31, 2024.
ASPs authorized by Dec. 31, 2024 but not made use of authorisation must also submit.
Submitting the Form
Steps ASPs must follow for the successful submission of the Form to the TRS are here.
Upon submission, ASPs are responsible to ensure they have received a feedback file, i.e. official submission confirmation dispatched by the TRS in the Outgoing directory.
Form is regarded as successfully submitted to CYP SEC only when NO ERROR indication feedback file is received; feedback file dispatched only during CYP SEC regular hours.
QST form must be completed in English, report data in euro rounded to nearest unit.
Effectiveness
Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CYP SEC’s Transaction Reporting System (TRS) by Jan. 31, 2025; failure to promptly comply will bear administrative penalties; CYP SEC will not send reminders to ASPs which fail to comply promptly.
