Summary
The draft act amending the Act on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners and the law on notaries aims to introduce an electronic procedure for notaries to submit documents concerning real estate acquisitions made by foreigners and shares in companies that are owners or perpetual usufructuaries of real estate.
Will enable notaries to submit documents specified in article 8a(1) of the Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, i.e. documents concerning acquisitions of real estate made by foreigners and shares and stocks in companies that are owners or perpetual usufructuaries of real estate, using the CREWANICT system.
