Removes references to specific dates for electronic submissions, now fully electronic.
Simplifies the fee structure for the cancelation of producer licenses; removes outdated language that exempted crop adjusters from continuing education (CE) requirements.
Removes references to pre-licensing education (PLE) per abolishment of requirement.
