BEL GVT issued Regulation amending Regulation of Jul. 28, 2003 implementing Article 22, 11° of Act on compulsory health insurance and benefits, coordinated Jul. 14, 1994.
Law Overview
Following the Insurance Committee for Medical Care of National Institute for Sickness and Disability Insurance meeting on Mar. 31, 2025, it decided to introduce new forms for the claiming of certain benefits, taking into account various advice it had received.
These forms are in Annex 17 and 17a to Regulation of Jul. 28, 2003 implementing Article 22, 11°, of Act on compulsory health insurance and benefits, as coordinated.
These forms are set out in the image from the Belgian Official Gazette, Apr. 28, 2025.
Transitional provision applies to the entry into force of this Regulation as Annexes 17 and 17a drawn up, before the entry into force of this Regulation (the date of signature being considered proof) shall remain valid until the end of the application procedure.
Effectiveness
Law shall enter in force on first day of second month after its publication, Jun. 1, 2025.
