On Sep. 4, Eurex, GE DBoerse issued reminder on ETI order requests.
Eurex, GE DBoerse both published a Readiness Newsflash | Important Reminder: Mandatory Implementation of New ETI Order Entry Requests with T7 Release 15.0.
The newsflash reminded clients of significant, upcoming mandatory implementation of new T7 ETI Order Entry requests, with the introduction of T7 Release 15.0 changes.
Five ETI order requests had been introduced to align order layouts in T7 exchanges, combining simple and complex layouts in a request and rearranged fields for efficiency.
Requests introduced with original ETI requests that were decommissioned with T7 Release 14.1 but stayed technically available in backwards mode to T7 Release 15.0.
Starting Nov. 9, 2026, and in line with T7 Release 15.0 production start, availability of all of the old order entry requests. within a backwards compatibility mode will end.
Thus, clients who have not implemented the new ETI Order Entry Requests by the deadline will be unable to enter, modify and delete orders within T7 trading system.
Both the old Single and Multi-Leg requests were marked as deprecated in technical documentation, being technically decommissioned with T7 Release 14.1 in May 2026.
Details of five current requests, and removed requests are provided in each newsflash, and details of one request for GE DBoerse that remains unchanged for Cash Markets.
Required Action
All of the clients using the deprecated Single and Multi-Leg requests must now adapt their own order entry software to only utilize the 5 new requests, as soon as possible.
As the new order requests are already in production, clients may begin this transition immediately, and therefore should not wait until the introduction of T7 Release 15.0.
