On Aug. 21, CLB Tax granted taxpayers in the emergency zone additional time.

  • CLB Tax announced that more than 300,000 taxpayers in the emergency zone have been granted an extension to file their income tax returns.
  • Apply to taxpayers in Quindio; Valle del Cauca; Caldas; Risaralda; Cauca; and Choco.
  • Extension Details
  • It applies only to individuals and undistributed estates with NIT ending in a digit between 01 and 26.
  • Taxpayers who do not meet these conditions must file and pay their returns by the dates originally set forth.
  • Compliance Date
  • This group of taxpayers may file and pay their tax returns between Oct. 27 and Nov. 13, 2026, based on the last two digits of their NIT.
