On Dec. 23, RUS CB updated banking group reporting ordinance.
RUS CB issued ord 6961-U amending ord 6406-U on the forms, terms, procedure for compiling and submitting reports of credit institutions (banking groups) to RUS CB, as well as on the list of information on activities of credit institutions (banking groups).
The ord replaces all references to ord 6411-U on capital adequacy, see #163694.
With references to ord 6960-U on types of assets, characteristics of types of assets to which supplements to public coefficients are set, and application of supplements to types of assets when determining organization's credit standards for capital adequacy.
