On Dec. 13, RUS GVT issued law on gift of real estate agreements.
RUS GVT published law 459-FZ amending art 574 of part 2 of the civil code of Russia.
Amendments introduced by the law require that gifts of real estate agreements concluded between Russian citizens are required to be officially notarized.
Effectiveness
Law shall enter into force Jan. 13, 2025 (30 days after date of its official publication).
