Delivery Requirements
Association required to prepare summary document describing general purposes and current limitations of Ch. 29 of Title 28 of South Carolina Code of laws (SC INS 38-29).
Effective 60 days from the date of bulletin, no association member insurer may deliver policy or contract unless summary document is delivered at time of delivery of policy.
Must also be made available upon request; applicable to new policies and renewals.

Delivery requirements are effective 60 days from date of bulletin, Jan. 24, 2025.
