The law establishes a standardized procedure for notifying heirs about debts of the deceased via Unified Information System of Notary Office for efficiency/ transparency.
It outlines procedure for notary with the Central Catalog of Credit Histories and the credit history bureau within the procedure for notifying heirs of testator's debts.
Effectiveness
The law enters into force on Nov. 23, 2025 (one year after official publication).
