Summary
The ord proposes adjustments on exclusion of indicators related to individual auditors and their auditing of the financial (accounting) statements of insurance brokers.
Key changes proposed by the ordinance to forms include: form 0420101 on general information about insurance broker now excludes indicators related to individual auditors and their auditing of the financial statements of insurance brokers.
For form 0420108: information on audit organization or individual auditor indicators concerning individual auditors and their auditing activities were removed.
In addition, new indicators have been added to reflect the expiration date of contracts (or supplementary agreements to contracts) for auditing financial (accounting) statements of insurance brokers and the types of reports subject to auditing.
Effectiveness
Comments and feedback are expected by Dec. 8, 2024.
