CHL CMF issued consultation and request for comments on proposal which updates the reporting obligations for fund audits, and creates Fund Information System Manual.
Overview
Proposal establishes the form, frequency and means in which administrators regulated by Title I and II of CHL Law 20.712, must send the information for their inspection.
The manual contains seven files which must be reported periodically through the official communication channel established between the CMF and its supervisors.
Re funds portfolio for derivatives/other instruments, expenses/effective remuneration, assets and liabilities, fund participants, and non-redeemable investment funds.
Amendments to NCG 365, establish instructions for deposit of the internal fund rules.
Proposal updates regulations and systematize data requirements to reduce regulatory gaps due to the evolution of the products and services that are offered by the industry.
Will optimize data structure and design, facilitate supervision process and detect risks.
