On Sep. 16, LUX CSSF informed of KID, MR/AI reporting channels.
LUX CSSF reminded of the direct submission and collection procedures for transmitting key information documents (KID) and official documents (MR/AI) to the LUX CSSF.
Follows LUX CSSF Apr. 2024 reminded of its transmission channels, see #207587.
Transmission Channels
Exclusive, free of charge, transmission methods by document upload via the dedicated eDesk procedure or via automated submission of the documents via API (S3 protocol).
Submissions via the old transmission method (external channels) won't be processed.
A relevant user guide detailing the submission procedures will soon be available.
Effectiveness
The new methods of transmission will change starting Nov. 15, 2024.
Oct. 2024 Reminder, Guidance
On Oct. 16, 2024, LUX CSSF reminded of the procedures for transmitting key information documents (KID) and official documents (MR/AI) via two new channels.
LUX CSSF also issued practical and technical guidance version 1 detailing the submission procedures for the Key Information Document and the official documents.

On Nov. 20, 2024, LUX CSSF issued v 1.1User Guide-Key Information Document.
Regarding details on the delegation feature (4.4.4) in delegation management menu.

May 2025 User Guide Version 1.3
On May 21, 2025, LUX CSSF issued user guide v1.3Key Information Document Practical and Technical Guidance, re review of the delegation management (4.4.4).
LUX CSSF decided that a new delegation management system will be implemented on the Key Information Document (KID) submission procedure from Jun. 26, 2025.
It will enable a declarant to delegate a scope of funds under management to a sender.
I.e., a legal entity, rather than an individual as in the previous management system.
