  • SWE FI notified EU EBA that it complies with Guidelines on resubmission of historical data under the EBA reporting framework (EBA/GL/2024/04), issued in Apr. 2024.
  • Follows EU EBA Apr. 2024 issued report containing final Guidelines, see #169927.

  • The guidelines regulate how institutions should act when revising historical data that may be incorrect due to errors, inaccuracies or changes in data that have been reported under the supervisory and resolution data regulations developed by EU EBA.
  • Guidelines apply to competent authorities and financial institutions from Oct. 17, 2024.
