Repeals aspects of Jan. 26, 2024 amending decree, including on definitions, general provisions, provisions on environmental impact of actions by other countries/regions.
Applies to any natural person; legal entity; association, organization or group that may suffer consequences from/has an interest in decision-making on proposed action.
Plus: authority that is competent to establish plan, program, decide on project permit.
Cross-border/regional impact; effects of a proposed action located in Flemish region, caused in a Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment contracting party.
Effectiveness
Articles 7, 45, 49, 97, 115, 117, 127, 129, 134, 136, 138, in force by Jun. 1, 2029.
Decree enters into force on a date determined by BEL GVT, at latest on Dec. 1, 2025.
