Training for heads or managers of insurance departments or management, and those responsible for customer service of insurers required by Resolution 463/2018.
Highlights
Those who have not completed the Basic Technical Training Course in Insurance in article 1 of Resolution 463/2018 must do it within 45 days of Resolution 344.
Those who have not completed the Annual Update Course for the year 2023 per article 1 of Resolution 429/2023 must do it within 45 days from the date of this Resolution.
The cost of carrying out the aforementioned courses is detailed in Annex IF-2024-72580440-APN-GAYR#SSN, which forms an integral part of this Resolution.

Training is required within 45 days of Resolution 344/2024, i.e., Sep. 9, 2024.
