Aug. 20, 2024 CFTC Certification
On Aug. 20, 2024, CFTC reported certified status of EUREX Clear rule certification.
Aug. 30, 2024 End of Consultation
On Aug. 30, 2024, EUREX Clear published Circular 064/24, confirming it had received no comments in response to a consultation process regarding proposed amendments.
Therefore, all changes and amendments regarding the above-mentioned topics, as notified in the EUREX Clear Circular 051/24, will now come into effect on Oct. 1, 2024.
As a consequence, Clearing Members, ISA Direct Clearing Members, Disclosed Direct Clients, FCM Clearing Members, vendors and other affected contractual parties should now take the changes to the Clearing Conditions and FCM Default Rules into account.
Three attachments are included, Amended sections of the Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as well as Amended sections of FCM Default Rules of Eurex Clearing AG.
Also, Amended sections of Default Management Committee Rules of Eurex Clearing AG.
