Summary
Act gives legislative effect to the establishment of an automatic enrolment retirement savings system for employees in employment not covered by qualifying schemes.
Establishes new State body to administer the system for and on behalf of participants.
Provides for automatic enrolment, re-enrolment and for opting into and out of system.
