UKRN CB updated procedure for documenting insurance payments to individuals for tax purposes, published resolution 85 of the Board of UKRN CB, dated Jul. 15, 2024.
Summary
UKRN CB updated procedure for documenting the insurance payment, reimbursement and redemption amount under an insurance contract received by an individual.
In line with changes to legislation of Ukraine in the field of insurance and health care.
The regulation provides for an updated list of documents: medical documents, which properly confirm the fact of damage to the life and/or health of the insured person.
Also, possibility of settlement of insurance cases according to a simplified procedure in case of an insurance payment, amount of which does not exceed the established limit.
It allows to use e-services to provide supporting documents, in particular an e-passport, via portal of public services, documents from separate healthcare registers.
Effectiveness
The updates are approved by resolution 85 in force Oct. 17, 2024.
