FR GVT published Ord 7/1/2024 establishing profiled managed management with regard to capitalization contracts and certain life insurance contracts.
Purpose
Addition of art A. 132-5-4 in section III of ch II of Title III of Book I of the regulatory part of the Insurance Code (C.ass) on the investment profiles of savings allocations.
Those may be described as prudent, balanced and dynamic in the documents provided to the subscriber or member; categories of UCITs, securities of commercial companies.
Effectiveness
The Order enters into force on Oct. 24, 2024.
